The Mat Rats wrestling program will focus on the fun and fundamentals of the sport of wrestling, participants will learn the drills and skills of wrestling in a fun learning environment led by BHS coach Kit Harris and BHS coaches and team members as helpers.

•  Mondays & Wednesdays: 12/5, 12/7, 12/12, 12/14, 12/19, 12/21, 1/9, 1/11, 1/16, 1/18, 1/23, 1/25

Additional Information

• Fee: $50
• Time: 6:30-7:15 pm
• Location:  Multi-Purpose Room in the BJHS building 
• No USAW card necessary (if not doing tournaments)
  • The Mat Rats wrestlers do NOT need to purchase a USA Wrestling card (which costs an additional $45) unless they choose to participate in USAW tournaments. If interested in competing in tournaments, see Coach Harris for more information.
