Fit Over 50 November

A 45 minutes designed to stimulate your body and mind. Our instructor will motivate and guide you through low-impact exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, mobility, fitness and balance.

  • Dates: Monday/Wednesday/Friday
    • November 6-December 1
    • NOTE: Can't make a class? No problem! Join us for not one but TWO Saturday makeup classes on November 18 and 25 in the Primary Center Gym.
  • Time: 5:00PM-5:45PM
  • Fee: $40 or $3 drop in fee 
  • Location: Baldwin Golf Course
  • Bring your own mat, weights and towel

Strength and Conditioning November

A circuit based, fast paced conditioning designed to target the full body. Geared towards toning the muscle tone while working on the cardiovascular health.

    • NOTE: Can't make a class? No problem! Join us for not one but TWO Saturday makeup classes on November 18 and 25 at 8:00am in the Primary Center Gym.
  • Time: 5:15AM-6:00AM
  • Fee: $40 or $5 drop in fee

Winter Weights November

A full-body workout using weight plates, barbells, resistance bands, and steps combined with bodyweight exercises to create compound and isolation exercises to get you lean, toned, and fit.

  • Dates: Tuesday/Thursday 
    • November 7-30
    • NO CLASS November 23 (Thanksgiving)
    • NOTE: Can't make a class? No problem! Join us for not one but TWO Saturday makeup classes on November 18 and 25. Since turkey day got in the way of our fitness schedule, use one of those days to catch up from the November 23 class.
  • Time: 6:00PM-6:45PM
  • Fee: $40 or $5 drop in fee 
  • Location: BJHS Weight Room; Make up classes will be located in the Primary Center Gym
