Tae Kwon Do

The instructor is Fred Wambua, who has many years of experience as an instructor for Tae Kwon Do.  Participants of all ages will learn discipline, confidence, self control, respect and self esteem.  Register at BCRC Office.  This class is on-going.

Fee:           $50 per month
Time:          1-2 pm
