Biddy Basketball

Participants (boys and girls) will work on a fundamental skill of basketball for the first half of each session.  The second half of the session will be devoted to applying those skills in a game setting.  We need parents to help with the sessions this year so we can have more one-on-one time with participants.  Parents wanting to help should come to the sessions about 5 minutes early to receive instructions.  Thanks for your help.

Place:            Baldwin Intermediate Center
Fee:               $25-Early Bird registration deadline is October 29
                     After October 29 the fee is $35/Registration deadline is November 12
Time:            Kindergarten - 9 am
                    1st Grade - 10 am
                    2nd Grade - 11 am
Ages:            K-2nd Grade
Date:            Saturdays, November 13-December 18
 

2nd Grade Basketball League:

This league will be played on 3 on 3 half court.  We will be holding a 2nd grade basketball "league" in January for those who participated in Biddy Basketball.  Every week participants will come to the sessions to be divided into different teams to play games.  This league is designed to introduce the participants to the structore of basketball games for next year.  Games will be structured with a 3 on 3, half court format.  We would appreciate any parents willing to help with the games.  You will be asked to help keep the kids on track with the proper procedures of basketball (out of bounds, traveling, etc)

Place:         Intermediate Center
Fee:           Free with a one non-perishable food item donation
Time:         8 am
Ages:         2nd Graders who participated in Biddy Basketball
Date:         Saturdays, January 8-January 29
 
 

 3rd & 4th Grade Basketball:

Teams for boys and girls will play 5 on 5 full court basketball.  Volunteer coaches are needed.

Place:          Intermediate Center/Primary Center
Fee:            $35-Early Bird Registration deadline is November 5
                  After November 5 the fee is $45
Ages:          3rd & 4th Grade
Date:          Saturdays, January 8-February 19

 5th & 6th Grade Basketball:

Teams for boys and girls will play 5 on 5 full court  basketball.  Volunteer coaches are needed.

Place:         Primary Center
Fee:           $40-Early Bird Registration deadline is November 5
                 After November 5 the fee is $50
Ages:         5th & 6th Grade
Date:         Saturdays, January 8-February 19
