Union Station: Dinosaurs Unearthed:

Dinosaurs Unearthed is the largest and most exciting dinosaur exhibit in the history of Kansas City with 24 full-size animatronic models, five fully-articulated skeletons (some more than 62 feet long) and nearly 40 fossil replicas which includes eight feathered fossils from the Triassic, Jurassic and Cretaceous periods.  This multi-sensory, dynamic and interactive dinosaur exhibition is both entertaining and educational showcasing recent new discoveries including evidence that many dinosaur species may have been coverd in feathers.

Missouri Town 1855:

See what a progressive farming community, spread across some 30 sloping acres, looked like in the mid-1800's.  Missouri Town 1855 is composed of more than 25 buildings dating from 1820-1860.  This living history msueum used original structures, furnishing and equipment.  Also depicting the 19th century lifestyles are interpreters in period attire, authentic field and garden crops, and rare livestock breeds.

Jamesport, MO:

Your tour will take you through an Amish home, stables, workshop and many Amish Country Stores where you can view and purchase Amish-Crafted furniture, quilts, baskets, spices, clocks and much more including an Amish Bakery.  Most Amish stores do not accept credit cards, but will accept personal checks.  Pictures are welcome, except of the the Amish people.  Price of lunch buffett is $12.50 + tax per person at the Gingerich Dutch Pantry.

 New Theatre Restaurant:

The Sunshine Boys with Howard Hesseman from WKRP Cincinnati.  For over 40 years the comedy team of Lewis & Clark topped the bill at the biggest theaters on the Vaudeville cirucuit.  Now they aren't even speaking.  When CBS request them for a "History of Comedy" retrospective, a grudging reunion brings the two back together, along with a flood of memories, miseries and laugh after laugh after laugh.
