Tae Kwon Do Classes Saturdays 1-3pm At the South Gym (Wrestling Facility) Fee: $40 per month All Ages Welcome Instructor: Fred Wambua Train in the martial arts style of Tae Kwon Do and learn key self defense skills while having fun and staying in shape. Self Defense is like insurance; you never know when you will need it. Note: Uniforms will be required at a separate one time cost. DAY CAMP PROGRAM 2008 Summer of Discovery Option 1: Drop off after 7:30 am & pick up no later than 3:30 pm. $105/week Option 2: Drop off after 7:30 am & pick up no later than 5:30 pm. $125/week Option 3: Friday Field Trip 7:30 & pick up no later than 4 pm. $35/field trip Week 1 May 27-30 (Tuesday-Friday) "Every Day Life" We will stick around Baldwin to see what life is like for doctors, pharmacists, and fire fighters. Week 2 June 2-6 "A Lesson in Art" Use imagination to create all kinds of masterpieces! Express yourself at CiCi's Pizza and the Museum. Week 3 June 9-13 "Thrill Ride" Have an adrenaline-pumping good time! Learn about cars, planes and roller coasters all leading up to the thrills at Worlds of Fun! Week 4 June 16-20 "It's a Jungle Out There" Discover the wild world of animals from the jungle to your own back yard. Take a trip to the Emporia Zoo for a safari! Week 5 June 23-27 "Crazy Olympics" Sport and lesiure games will be the focus of the week! Take a part in "crazy Olympics" and travel to Pump it Up for some real fun! Week 6 June 30-July 3 (Monday-Friday) "Under the Sea" Journey under the sea with plenty of swimming and water activities! Dive in with a splash at Lake Shawnee! Week 7 July 7-11 "Wet 'n Wild" Get ready to slip and slide for a fun and wet time at Oceans of Fun! Week 8 July 14-18 "Travel Back in Time" Experience life on the open plains! Learn about wagon trains and pioneers as we visit the Mahaffie Stagecoach! Week 9 July 21-25 "Have a Golfing Good Week" Calling all golfers! Try your hand at putt-putt golf and some golfing expertise this week! Week 10 July 28-August 1 "Fun and Games" Bring along your team spirit because this week is all about teamwork and fun games! End the week with a trip to Chuck E. Cheeses! $45 deposit per session due at registration. Deposits are non-refundable! **$10 extra Worlds of Fun/Oceans of Fun field trips. $10 per week discount for additional children in same household.
