Registration-Registration for events may be done at the BCRC Office or on-line at www.baldwinrec.org. On-line registration requires a credit card.
Photographs-Frequently Baldwin City Recreation Commission takes photographs of people enjoying programs, special events, or facilities. These photographs are for the Baldwin City Recreation Commission publications and recreation brochures. They are used at the Recreation Commission's discretion and become sole property.
BCRC Board Meeting-Meetings are held at 7 p.m. on the third Wednesday of each month at the BCRC Office.
Early Bird Special-Fees for activities have an early bird special listed, if paid by early bird registration deadline. After deadline date, regular fee will become effective.
Refund Policy-A program cancelled by BCRC will be refunded in full to the participant. Refund requests in cases of medical or other circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to cancel, combine, or divide programs and to make other revisions in these offerings, when necessary. Refunds due to cancellations require 2-4 weeks, and a $5.00 cancellation fee apply.
Return Check Policy-There will be a $30.00 charge on all returned checks. We reserve the right to prohibit an individual from participating in a program until payment has been received in full by cash or money order.
Scholarship Donations-Donations are accepted through out the year for our scholarship program to ensure that all patrons of U.S.D. #348 may be included.
